Begin with guided tours of AMARI Uptown—experience the architecture, finishes, and lifestyle positioning firsthand. Attend a comprehensive market presentation covering Tulum's growth trajectory, buyer demographics, and investment fundamentals. In the afternoon, visit the COSMOS by AMARI site to understand the broader portfolio. The day concludes with a group dinner designed for networking and informal discussion.

Participate in one-on-one or small group strategy sessions tailored to your practice—whether you're working with second-home buyers, investors, or UHNW clients. The remainder of the day is yours: explore Tulum, relax at the property, or continue conversations with peers and the AMARI leadership team.

Three Paths to Attendance
AMARI has designed multiple qualification routes to accommodate the diverse ways top brokers engage with luxury real estate. Whether you meet standard production benchmarks, bring a vetted buyer, or commit to marketing the project, there's a clear path to approval.
All attendees must qualify through one of the following paths. Approvals are capacity-limited and confirmed directly by the COMPASS broker relations team.

Standard Qualification
For established COMPASS agents with demonstrated luxury production and high-net-worth client relationships.

Buyer-Led Qualification
Brokers bringing a pre-qualified, aligned buyer may bypass standard production requirements.

Marketing Commitment
Brokers who commit to strategic marketing spend on AMARI-approved channels and materials.

Qualification Criteria

Path A: Standard Qualification
This path is designed for COMPASS agents with proven production and access to high-net-worth buyers interested in second-home or vacation property investments.
  • Active COMPASS agent in good standing
  • Minimum $10M in closed transaction volume over the last 12 months
  • Demonstrated relationships with HNW or UHNW buyers
  • Prior experience representing second-home, vacation-home, or international properties
This ensures attendees have the client base and experience to effectively position AMARI's offerings.

Path B: Buyer-Led Qualification (Bypass)
If you're working with a qualified buyer who is actively evaluating luxury real estate in Tulum or similar markets, you may qualify regardless of personal production volume.
  • Buyer must be pre-vetted and financially qualified
  • Buyer profile must align with AMARI's pricing and product positioning
  • Buyer agrees to participate in scheduled property tours and attend the AMARI market briefing
This path recognizes that access to the right buyer is as valuable as production history. AMARI's team will verify buyer qualification during the registration process.

Path C: Marketing Commitment
Brokers who commit to promoting AMARI through approved marketing channels may qualify based on marketing investment rather than transaction history.
  • Minimum $500 USD in AMARI-approved marketing spend
  • Spend must be completed on or before February 1, 2026
  • Approved channels include email campaigns, social media advertising, event sponsorships, or print materials using AMARI-provided assets
Marketing commitments must be documented and submitted with your registration. This path allows brokers building their luxury practice to participate while contributing to project awareness.

All qualification paths are subject to approval. Registration does not guarantee attendance—final confirmation will be provided based on capacity and alignment with event objectives.
